Like computers, skateboarding and rollerblading are activities that city, country, and suburban kids want year-round. ILC puts the extra spin in their wheels with a fabulously equipped SKATEBOARD AND ROLLERBLADE COMPLEX containing: a half-pipe, several quarter-pipes, grind rails, and fun boxes, a bank-to-wall, a pyramid, and more. We mean "and more." Much of the fun happens when kids help build new equipment. The Complex is an ever-growing concrete garden blooming with the kids' imaginations, energy, and flexibility. (On a Visiting Day, sit nearby and just watch the kids straggle in and work off their extra steam between performances and activities. Talk about spontaneous art.)

Mountain biking is medicine for body and soul, with the dose up to you. We stock 25-mile Iron-Person treks and short, gentle excursions. Don full regulation safety equipment and get behind the handlebars of one of our many mountain bikes. These are bars from which you'll love viewing the world: Parents have been known to come up with bail, only to be turned away by the pedaling fiends who were once their cuddly toddlers. ILC is always proud and grateful for its location, but never more than during this activity which (matched only by Nature Hiking), showcases the stirring, leafy, abundant beauty of the Pocono Mountains in summer.

Our Climbing wall, Zip Lines, Giant Ladder and other High Ropes elements are extremely popular. They are obstacles where campers learn endurance, grit, equipment training and experience, consciousness of your own and others safety and muscle-groups you never suspected lived in your body.
