Whether you’ve grown up on the back of a horse or never even seen one before, all horse and pony lovers are welcome in our ILC Horseback Department. From Cookie Monster the tiny pony to Sub the gentle giant, our 13 horses will suit every rider’s level and personality. Riders can choose to work in our arena or go on a trail ride where they can view our beautiful camp from the back of a horse. We also offer daily lessons in various horse activities if riding just isn’t your thing. All campers are welcome to come learn grooming, daily horse care, how to tack up a horse and join in other activities such as bareback rides.
