ILC Stories

When I was 9, my mom was looking for a summer camp to send my sisters and me to, and we heard of ILC from our pediatrician – her son went and loved it. I remember initially being excited to go to a place that seemed so driven towards creativity and self-expression (especially in the form of music because I am a musician).

Despite the fact that we all spend our days differently and have different interests and passions and skill-levels, and despite the fact that we come from different countries and speak different languages, we all stand together in the ILC community and there is always a connection among us. It’s so special to be a part of a community so interesting and diverse.
